♠ TERMS OF SERVICE ♠By commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read everything carefully before ordering.♠ I CAN DRAW ♠Feral, furry, human, nature backgrounds, suggestive artwork, and gore/blood.♠ I CAN’T DRAW ♠Complex backgrounds, complex characters and or unreadable art style.♠ I WILL NOT DRAW ♠Feral NSFW or any fetishes that glorify or undermine criminal acts. I reserve the right to refuse any commission.♠ PUBLIC QUEUE DISCLAIMER ♠You can view my current list of commissions on Artistree. I will work top to bottom in the order commissions are received. Clients who pay a $20 rush fee will be prioritized and given an exact deadline for completion.If multiple rush orders are received, they will be completed in the order the rush fees were received, and each client will be informed of their respective deadline.If you are a new client and commissioned me outside of Artistree, you will not appear in the public queue, but your place in my active commission list will still be honored.⸻♠ DIRECT MESSAGING DISCLAIMER ♠Feel free to DM me for brief questions regarding your commission. Please refrain from asking personal questions or attempting to engage in prolonged personal conversations.♠ ARTIST AGAINST AI & NFT DISCLAIMER ♠My art may not be used to train AI art in any way, shape, or form. There are no exceptions. Any misuse will result in blacklisting, reporting, and public warnings across my social media.My art may not be used for NFTs under any circumstances.⸻♠ PRICING / PAYMENT ♠For commissions under $100, full payment is required upfront.For commissions over $100, clients may request a payment plan of 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. This must be discussed via DM before work begins.Completed commissions will only be delivered once 100% payment has been received.Accepted payment methods are Cash App and PayPal.⸻♠ EXTRA FEES ♠If you cannot provide a reference sheet or require character design, an additional $5 fee will apply unless the commission type is a custom.If a reference sheet is provided but multiple or major changes are requested, an additional $5–$10 fee will apply.Complex character designs or additional accessories (such as weapons) may incur a $5–$10 fee. You will be notified in advance.⸻♠ FLOW OF WORK ♠Commissions may take up to 6 weeks to complete. Any delays will be communicated.Details such as pose, expression, and background will be discussed before work begins. Reference sheets must be provided to avoid extra fees unless the commission type is a custom.Major changes may only be requested during the sketch stage.Up to two minor changes are allowed during the final stages.⸻♠ WHAT YOU RECEIVE ♠One high-resolution digital illustration.Transparent PNGs (without background) are available upon request.Free stickers for every payment can be used within 6 months!⸻♠ REFUNDS ♠Refunds will be issued if:• The client cancels before the lineart stage is completed• I cancel the commission for any reasonNo refunds will be issued after lineart approval.⸻♠ FINAL DISCLAIMER ♠Please credit me when posting my artwork on social media.I retain full rights to the final artwork. While the character belongs to you, the artwork remains my work and may be posted to my platforms.I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.Thank you.
